Vitamin supplements are a $68 billion dollar industry. This article discusses the efficacy, or not, of taking them. I, along with my doctor, have settled on five supplements. They are Niacin, Zinc, Vitamin d3, Garlic (the one that doesn’t smell) and probiotics in the form of yogurt. These seem to work. From time to time, I add chewable calcium with magnesium for leg cramps. It also works. So read this article and settle on your own mixture.
